  • Black lacquered light absorber
  • the light produced is similar to direct sunlight
  • max. light output at a distance of 2 m at 2,400 Ws and ISO100: f/32 (on ProHead)
  • the same accessories fit on the hardbox as on the conventional Zoom Reflector
  • designed for many years of daily use

The hardbox is a black lacquered light absorber. It produces a hard light with very sharp shadows. This allows you to recreate the lighting effect of direct sunlight in the studio environment.

The hardbox is the opposite of a softbox, so to speak. In other words, it avoids stray light and reduces the size of the light source. This allows you to create a high-contrast light that resembles direct sunlight - with deep shadows and pinpoint highlights. You can achieve the best effect by replacing the matt protective glass of the flash head with a clear protective glass.
