Sony's precision lenses enable high-quality photography at its best. All products have very good imaging performance and an excellent feel to them. Sony's products are available for both SLR and system cameras, so any camera can be equipped with Sony's excellent features. These diverse features include an excellent zoom that brings even more distant subjects perfectly in front of the lens. Sony's lenses make this possible not through a digital zoom, as is often the case with digital cameras, but through a purely optical zoom that does not affect the quality of a shot. In addition, Sony's products have autofocus and an image stabilizer so that photos can be captured crisply even under difficult conditions. These features allow photographers to capture a variety of individual subjects without the need of time-consuming focus adjustments. Some lenses are also designed for special wide-angle or zoom photography. This allows stunning landscape images and razor-sharp close-ups to be captured with the same camera. Special fixed focal lengths also allow experienced photographers to capture subjects that could never be captured to their full extent with an ordinary lens. Sony offers suitable lenses for every situation, allowing photographers with system or SLR cameras to take full advantage of their products' extensive features.
