The tripod or ball head does not need to be realigned. The L-bracket also has a device for attaching a hand strap. To prevent the camera from sliding out of the adapter plate, the L-bracket has four threaded holes for mounting stop pins. The L-brackets from Sunwayfoto are Arca-Swiss compatible.
