The Macro Flash Kit R1 is a unique wireless flash system for fully automatic macro flash photography. The kit consists of two SB-R200 external flash units that can be attached to the Lens and triggered and controlled by the built-in flash unit of a D70/D70s or D200 or an SB-800 used as a master unit. The exposure data of the fully automatic TTL flash control relevant for the correct illumination of the subject is communicated wirelessly from the metering system of the camera to the external flash units. The kit also includes a connection ring and ultra close-up attachments for frontal illumination in the macro range, color filter foils and adapter rings for the most common filter threads up to 77 mm. Additional SB-R200, SB-800 or SB-600 flash units can be integrated into the multi-flash system, providing the photographer with the functions of Nikon's Creative Lighting System for both indoor and outdoor photography. The SB-R1 Macro Flash Kit is particularly suitable for use with a D70, D70s or D200.
