Falcon Eyes Bi-Color LED Lamp Sophiez SO-68TD on 230V
The Falcon Eyes SO-68TDX II (or the modern version of the SO-68TD) is a bi-color LED lamp with extremely soft light and adjustable theme effects. The SO-68TDX II has a power of 68 watts and a diameter of 60 cm. The light is emitted in a soft veil so that the individual LED lights are not visible.

To adjust the light optimally, you can access a number of practical functions.
For example, you can adjust the color temperature from 3000K (warm yellow light) to 5600K (daylight). You can also add more or less power continuously. In addition, you can use themed effects with the SO-68TDX II to faithfully recreate many situations. You can use the Sophiez lamp with AC power or with an optionally available V-mount battery. This lamp comes standard with an adapter that allows you to use the LED lamp with two NP-F batteries. The lamp is equipped with a universal spigot connection so that it fits on any conventional lamp tripod. On the sides, the lamp is equipped with hinge points, so you can adjust the lamp to almost any angle.

What does TDX II mean?
The SO-68TDX II (TDX Version 2) can be considered an upgrade/re-style of the SO-68TD. What has changed? In addition to the known functionalities, you can now use 9 theme effects such as flashing light, strobe and candlelight. This offers even more possibilities for video recording, for example. Furthermore, the control menu has been changed, with which you determine the settings - such as the color temperature - of the lamp. To control the SO-68TDX II remotely, you need the RC-5B remote control (see optional accessories). Do you still have the regular SO-68TD? Then control the lamp with the Falcon Eyes RC-6. To control multiple TDX lamps centrally, use DMX now, or as indicated with the remote control. The lamp has a mini-XLR 3-pin connector for connection to a DMX panel.

Application Falcon Eyes SO-68TDX II
The SO-68TDX II is a suitable accessory for photo and video shoots in your studio, but also on location. Due to its soft, pleasant light and round shape, the LED light is ideal for portrait photography, for example. In addition, unlike the flash, you can see in advance what effect the light will have on the subject. The soft, broadly diffused light (65 degrees) ensures a natural reproduction of the subject.
