The secret observer for day and night
The Braun Scouting Cam Black820 delivers sharp day and night images for hunting ground surveillance and for property protection, even in 4K resolution

It is not only foresters and hunters that wildlife cameras provide important information about their hunting grounds.
The scouting cams also help landowners with property protection and protect against theft, vandalism or litterers. Whether it's stray game or a sneaking burglar, the videos and photos from the new Scouting Cam Black820 Dual Sensor from Braun Photo Technik can even capture all events in high 4K resolution.

The Braun Scouting Cam Black820 Dual Sensor has two CMOS image sensors:
The 8 megapixel sensor (32 megapixel interpolated) especially for high-quality daytime shots and the 2 megapixel sensor for excellent night-time shots. The two sensors not only ensure brilliant illumination in the dark, but also avoid the usual "clicking noise" when switching from day to night, which could frighten animals. The images can be stored on an SD memory card with a maximum capacity of 512 GB. In addition, the new wildlife camera also has a mini USB slot for connection to a PC and TV.

The exact resolution of the photos and videos can be set via the integrated, illuminated control panel and the 2.4 inch TFT color display, as can numerous other parameters. The recordings can also be viewed conveniently on the color display. The video resolution can vary from 4K (at 10fps) to 2.7K (20fps) and 1080p (30fps) to 720p (60fps) or 1080P/720p/VGA (30fps with the night sensor). The image resolution can be changed between 32 and 5MP (8 to 2 MP with night sensor). The Braun Scouting Cam Black820 Dual Sensor has three different sensitivities of the

PIR motion sensor with a detection angle of 90 degrees, a trigger distance of up to 20 meters and a trigger time of around 0.35 seconds.

The Black820 also has an integrated microphone, a loudspeaker, password protection, a time-lapse mode and an indication of the date, time, moon phase and temperature. With the help of the continuous recording function, the camera can continue recording even when the memory card is full by overwriting the oldest files. The continuous recording function can also be deactivated. Thanks to a mounting strap or with the practical bracket included in the scope of delivery, the robust and splash-proof (IP66) wildlife camera can be easily attached to the desired location.

The operating temperatures range from -20°C to +60°C. The standby time is around eight months. Power is supplied by eight AA batteries or optionally via a 6V 2A mains adapter.
