The B.I.G. GIM-S is a stable tilt head, particularly suitable for long focal lengths.

The compact dimensions make this gimbal ideal for traveling or for use with more compact mirrorless system camera equipment.

After a short fine adjustment of the movable arm, the camera settles in the center of gravity like a swing. From there, it can be quickly panned to the subject or even moved horizontally for moving subjects. This is very important for sports, action or fleeing wild animals. If a certain position is to be maintained, e.g. for observing a bird's nest, the current position can also be fixed quickly.

The quick-release plate of the B.I.G. GIM-S is ARCA SWISS compatible.
